Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids

Every day of the school year, Calgary kids go to school without a proper lunch, and in some cases, no lunch at all.  This is even more prevalent given the economic climate our city is currently facing.  Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids was established in 1990 to address this specific need.  Today, BB4CK provides 270,000 lunches a year with one goal in mind – no hungry kids in Calgary.  This great cause provides healthy lunches to over 185 schools, feeding 2,800 kids each day throughout the school year.

Tetranex had the opportunity to support BB4CK, and volunteer to help make lunches for 1,739 kids who would have otherwise gone hungry over their lunch hour break.
