On the weekend of August 9th, 2014, four of our Tetranites will take part in the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer cycling journey along the Canadian Rockies and have set a goal of raising $12,500 for cancer research in Alberta.
Cancer is the leading cause of death to Canadians; two in five Canadians will be diagnosed within their lifetime; and those rates are on the rise. It is also the leading cause of disease-related death of children under 15; Cancer does not see race, colour or age; it is ruthless in choosing its victims. This is why Team Tetranex would like to invite all our staff and partners to join us in our Ride to Conquer Cancer by donating money or by volunteering as a rider or crew member. Tetranex is covering the registration fees for all staff members and contractors who wish to participate (i.e. riders and crew members).
Epic Impact Day Challenge Award
On February 5, 2014 Team Tetranex was awarded the Epic Impact Day Team Challenge Award for our outstanding fundraising contribution for Teams with less than 10 members! A huge Thank You to Tetranex Solutions Inc. for kicking off the fundraising goal with a donation of $5,000!! As a corporation, Tetranex feels very strongly about giving back and encouraging our staff to do the same. The Ride to Conquer Cancer proves to be an outstanding opportunity to do both, as well as have some team bonding and camaraderie along the way.
