Field Service Support
Tetranex provides on-site construction support across all disciplines. We support our design throughout construction and endeavor to be transparent and efficient in order to enable quick turn arounds. All Requests for Change (RFC) and Requests for Information (RFI) issued by the Client’s construction team are supported by a 4 hour / 24-hour response policy. This policy dictates that the recipient of the RFI commits to reviewing the RFI within 4 hours of receipt. A response will then be issued within 24 hours of receipt.
