The Tetranex Mechanical Engineering Team have expertise in developing and executing brownfield and greenfield projects and handling construction at fabrication yards or client facilities. We understand the criticality selection of materials and equipment can have on the overall cost and schedule of projects. Our mechanical team provides experienced practical knowledge of ASME, CSA and API specifications for equipment and materials and can provide seasoned industry guidance along the way. We advance the mechanical deliverables early on in the project by working concurrently with our supporting disciplines, vendors and clients. Our Mechanical Engineering capabilities include:

• Design and assessment of mechanical and piping systems, encompassing material selection and equipment sizing.
• Assisting with equipment drawings & piping modules sketches preparation, P&IDs, layout diagrams, Line lists, Equipment and Specialty Items lists.
• Creation of comprehensive equipment work packages (EWPs) and specifications, including datasheets.
• Compilation of material requisitions (MRQs), technical bid evaluations (TBEs), and issuance of purchase orders (POs) for equipment, piping, packages and associated services.
• Conducting vendor drawing reviews in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• Adaptation and optimization of client specifications for compliance with codes, technological advancements, and efficiency enhancements.
• Design and fabrication of wellsite equipment and modular piping systems.

• Design and maintenance of oil and gas gathering, transmission, distribution pipelines and pipeline pigging facilities.
• Construction and management of chemical storage and handling facilities.
• Assistance with regulatory approvals for both new facilities and upgrades to existing ones.
• Conducting technical studies, offering planning support, and providing engineering, design, and construction assistance.
• Offering owner's engineering support throughout project lifecycles.
