The purpose of the Tetranex Project Management Team is to steward the engineering process from initiation to project close-out. Our execution philosophy is built around a purpose fit and scalable solution. By employing a dynamic team, Tetranex is able to quickly adapt to optimized design changes and value-added objectives. We achieve predictable cost and schedule certainty for projects by focusing on the entire project lifecycle. By governing the overall execution, our team ensures that each project’s cost, schedule and quality are optimally achieved.

We believe good communication is paramount within the project team and is a key factor for project success. We work to create a fully integrated team environment through regular client status meetings coordinated and managed by our Project Management Team as well as regular project reporting based on the client's requirements. Our execution model consistently revolves around driving down costs, achieving scheduled milestones and delivering an optimal standard of quality.

Our Project Manager’s and Project Engineer’s responsibilities include:

• Scope definition and Total Installed Cost (TIC) Estimating
• Schedule development and ongoing management
• RAID (Risk, Action, Informed, Decision) log management
• Project Controls including well documented change management
• QA/QC management and implementation
• Construction management
• Project close-out

Effectively implemented Projects Controls are critical to the success of any project. The goal of Project Controls is to equip the Project Management Team with essential information required to make optimal and timely decisions regarding execution. When done properly, this can ultimately lead to cost savings and schedule optimization. The Tetranex team can tailor the types of project controls which are best suited for a given project type and size, in line with client expectations.

Our Procurement and Expediting team’s vast knowledge and long-standing vendor relationships can ensure that each project’s purchasing requirements remain on budget, on schedule and are accompanied with complete and correct handover documentation when each order has been completed and delivered.

Our experienced Procurement Services Team provides a wide array of procurement, logistical and construction support functions including:

• Vendor/Contractor Sourcing & Selection
• Purchasing / Contracting
• Materials Management and Expediting
• Quality Inspection

Tetranex utilizes an electronic filing system and naming convention where all project documentation is stored under the appropriate project folders. Tetranex ensures all professional drawings and documents are handled with appropriate quality control measures to ensure proper revision control, accuracy and completeness is achieved. Records are retained for a duration in alignment with our professional reporting bodies.

Our Document Control Team has experience with multiple Records Management and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) which allows us to satisfy our client’s requirements when they have their own document control system in place. For projects where a client owned document control system does not exist, Tetranex has well defined internal process that can be implemented. This includes an external “FTP” site that will allow clients and contractors the ability to retrieve documentation that they have authority to access. Tetranex provides the FTP and FTPS (SSL encrypted) file services for file transfers of all sizes.

Our Small Project Execution philosophy is built around a fit for purpose solution while providing best in class resources. By employing a dynamic team, Tetranex is able to quickly adapt to optimize design changes and value-added objectives. We achieve predictable cost and schedule certainty in small projects by focusing on the entire project lifecycle. Tetranex tailors execution strategies specific to each project through strategic deliverable planning.
